Cancellation & Refund Policy:
✅ Full Refund – If you cancel your booking at least 2 days (48 hours) before your scheduled boat ride, you will receive a full refund of the ticket amount.
✅ 50% Refund – If you cancel your booking within 24 to 48 hours of your scheduled boat ride, you will receive a 50% refund of the ticket amount.
❌ No Refund – If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before your scheduled boat ride or do not show up, no refund will be provided.
